I write this message for everyone suffering with thumb pain.  I injured my thumb about 3 years ago.  The pain became increasingly worse, arthritis set in and the pain became unbearable.  Everything you do involves your thumb!

The pain finally led me to a hand surgeon, who recommended a “simple” surgery removing some bone in my thumb joint and putting in suspension to keep my thumb from ending up at my wrist.  The pain was terrible and I wanted to get on the wait list, anything to put an end to the pain.

My daughter is a chiropractor, she said hands are complex and absolutely no to the surgery.  She referred me to Ian for acupuncture and injection therapy.  Thank goodness, Ian’s treatments have significantly reduced the swelling and pain.  I now have a functioning thumb again.  Is it perfect, no, but there is very little pain, I can brush my teeth, open a can and even click my car fob to lock and unlock the car.

Thank you Ian for such a remarkable recovery!
